Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, and delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Shipping is available within South Africa only. For international enquiries, please contact us directly.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your HAUS ERA purchase! If you’re not satisfied:
