Return Eligibility
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hausera.co.za with clear photos.
