HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Delivery is free for orders over R1000.00 and R120 for orders under R1000.

We deliver everywhere in South Africa.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
We will send you a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive this, please check your spam or junk folder.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
You can create an account by clicking on the Register button at the top right-hand corner of the page. You will be asked to provide your contact information and choose a password.

DOES HAUS ERA HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
Currently, we do not have any physical store. You can buy all products online only at www.hausera.co.za

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery normally takes between 1 and 7 working days after dispatch due to availability and popularity of products. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from order date.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
We will automatically send you an order confirmation email the moment you submit your order to the email address you supplied during checkout.
If you don't get it, check to make sure you gave us your correct email address and also check your junk-mail folders.
If we need any further information to complete your order we will be in touch by email or phone. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?
Unfortunately, no. Once you have placed an order it is final.

All parcels are delivered by The Courier Guy.
