DELIVERY & PAYMENT

Please expect your order to be delivered within 2-7 working days, orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from order date.  Delivery times may vary based on your location and peak periods throughout the month. Please note that during peak times, such as month-end, sale periods, and holiday seasons, delivery will be subject to slight delays

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. 

The delivery address can't be changed once the order has been placed, as the information has already been sent to the warehouse for processing.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, except for public holidays.

Orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during public holidays and holiday seasons.

Orders can't be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is free for orders over R1000.00 and R120 for orders under R1000 for orders in South Africa only.
